Account reset all levels and challenges/unlocks

I've already opened up multiple cases with EA regarding my Star Wars battlefront 2 account being basically reset to a fresh account, however without there being enough complaints of this they supposedly can't fix it.

  • You're saying you got replies from multiple EA tech support folks saying they cannot reset your account to a prior state?

    Yes I have spoken to multiple people all saying that this is an issue for the development team of the game to address. A report has been made but no time frame given so could be months or longer without others having the same issue apparently.

    This strikes me as very odd. This game has not been in development for years, so not sure why they would say that. It sounds very much like an account issue to me.

    An account issue that they cannot fix? I'm playing on the same platform same profile and the game has been installed the entire time. You're welcome to check this with ea. 

  • I'm having the same issue, shows level 120 and so on my classes but all my cards are locked, tried playing a match and it reset my entire assault class to 1. Been going in circles with support all day with them referencing a contact us option on their help page that does not exist aside from the email to start the case.

    Yeah but as per the mod above apparently not an issue. Many weeks later and still no update from EA on a fix.

    If you are referring to my reply:

    a) I am not a moderator.

    b) I didn't say it's not an issue. I said it's odd that EA Help is saying the development team should fix it. It sounds like an account issue.
