"Advanced Flight" option has no effect

Jesus, I couldn't play without that on. The asteroid field map alone would be a nightmare with that auto-roll.

Actually I kept playing for like 3 days and stopped due to my frustration. I came back yesterday in hope it got fixed by it self and as it still didn't I posted it here as a last hope, and I think I'll quit the game (kinda did already, as its unplayable for me) if its not getting fixed soonish.

I was wondering today if there was a change to advanced flight, because I have recently been having trouble with some sort of auto-tracking that is totally screwing up my targeting.  So if I am targeting a player on the ground, or an objective on a destroyer, for example, if an opposing starfighter flies into my field of vision (but not necessarily through my crosshairs), my starfighter starts tracking that starfighter instead of allowing me to keep my crosshairs on my intended target.  

I'm really dissapointed!

I just wanted to give the game another try after more then 4 months have passed, so I just reinstalled the game to figure out, this bug still exists even on a new machine.

So this might be a problem with the cloud saved controll settings. But what ever it is, if this isnt being fixed within a few days, the was the last time I played, not to mention having payed for a EA game...

Is this forum just meant to make it appear like ea would care about bugs? Or is it just that EA needs like 6 months per bug to be fixed?

Well I'm done with EA still neither a fix nor a response to this. So not worth my time and effort writing stuff here not to mention wasting time on playing EA games...

It's unfortunate, but this is how I feel about this forum too. Unless the issue is shared by hundreds of people in here (and many more on many other medias), they seem to not care. We have the staff members that occasionally say things are being brought to the attention of the devs, but most are in this state for months and are still unsolved.

Uhm..... I just got an email telling me, I got the "Exterminator Badge" For having spotted a bug and reported it to AHQ. Are badges a new system and just everyone got that badge awarded who ever has posted a thread in the Bug Reports section?

Or does this actually mean someone of the devs checked this thread (as its the only one I ever created) and the bug got confirmed so I can finally expect this gamebreaking bug to get fixed after almost a full year? If thats the case, I even might give the game another chance.... If not.... then.... you are dead to me EA and please stop sending me emails, as I don't care about your badge system v.v

I mean, it was working very well for the first months and then just out of a sudden the game got unplayable for me due to a slim change and what is your attitude towards this EA?

"Hey we got his money, so lets give just a sh*t on what he's gonna do with the License to use it he got"?

I think I mentioned it before but I won't ever buy any EA game again. This is just very close to fraud....

Only reason I come regulary back in here is cause I keep getting email notifications for weird badges that remind me on my anger I have about this one....
