So frustrating, I know.
To get this the attention it deserves, you need to report the hackers as shown here.
Do you always use ctrl-v and ctrl-c when answering? For more than six months, they have been explaining to you that this does not work and their nicknames are not visible to the players. Ignoring this, you happily close the "topic solved" tickets by responding with this. And I'm trying to understand this is a mockery because you know that it doesn't help or it's so irresponsible that you just answer to report a closed question without reading all the topics.
You don't need to know the hacker's name to report via the method I suggested. There are multiple options including a web form, which is named "Report a player webform". You can use that with an "unknown" username. (edit: Preferred approach is to use that webform when you know the hacker's username. If you don't know, provide relevant details in this forum.)
While I don't work for EA, I've done what I can to bring this to their attention. We'll see what happens.
