Auto walking and can't get online in BF2

When I'm in a game, my character can go forward or backward at the end, and it doesn't help if I press the opposite button, the character keeps going.
The other problem I have is 80% of the time I open the game I can't get online even if I restart the game, the EA app or my entire PC
