Background in Menu/Spawn menu glitched with Phasma

Summarize your bug The background was bugged. Lightwall has visible edges and the whole floor became wierdly shiny. Now the recent Update was said to fix it. But its even weirder now! Glitched areas are now partly gone but more messy. Also the floor when you look around bugged areas are partly removed.
