Battlefront 2 on EA App stuck at 96% "Finalizing"

I have tried almost everything, I have cleared cache, I have restarted my pc, I ended the ea task and only stopped ea backround and at this point am completely stuck and confused. I have XBOX gamepass pc and thats how Im downloading it if thats relevant.
