Campaign/arcade/presets keep reseting

Hello,

So my game just randomly started doing this. Upon restarting my Xbox or just restarting the game it resets my campaign and arcade progress and it also resets all my character cards and settings. Upon every restart EA asks me to accept the terms of agreement which I do every time but it still asks.

It's very annoying if anyone has any fixes I can't find any related treads...

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game...
Did not work...

I've also tried factory resetting my Xbox but keeping games and apps...
Also did not fix the problem...


Please help!!
