Can't find players/lobbies always empty Star wars Battlefront 2
Can't find games online. Just loads an empty lobby with just me.

I literally queue up and watch something else on the other monitor while I wait, since the matchmaking takes 10 minutes. They really need to figure something out or they going to literally have ghost servers.

I've had this issue since the 15th December all the way to the 2nd Jan (last time I played)

Me and the wife have been playing online from the "free" weekend in Feb. I managed to buy Gold Live to keep playing online for 6 months.
One problem though, we haven't managed to play once on the South African server (ping ranging from approx 37 to 56).
I tried GA, Strike, Star fighter. I get to a lobby and it will tel me there is 19 players waiting, will leave it for half hour or so, will change to 17 needed and then back to 19.
We thought it was normal, but after spending the better half of Friday night and Saturday morning staring at the same screen, in anticipation, nothing.
I then tried the German and Virginia sites with pings of approx 230 to 300. We manage to play, but we find our-self's shooting at jumping targets!
We love the game, we spend money on a feature of the game that is not functioning as advertised, we further spend money on Gold that we cannot utilize up to expectations?
Which brings me back to my original question? is anybody having joy on the South African server?
Also having the same problem when trying to connect on South African servers...

Have tried Lunchtime and evenings, have consistently had the problem since I got the game in december. Two other friends have the same problem..
What server connected setting in Battlefront 2 have you chosen?
South Africa. I can't change it, the game refuses to save the setting. After matchmaking it reverts.
