Cant get passed identity verification when getting into the game

when i get into the game, im suppose to receive a security code to my email, but im not receiving that code to verify my identity, and i cant play without entering the correct code. 

im receiving emails when i log onto my account through website. But when im in the game directly and try and send the code to my same email, i dont receive it. 

Anyone else have this problem…How did you fix it?
