Can't hear the Battle coordinator/Commentator

I can't hear the person/droid who talks at the start of matches, but my friends can hear them.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'm referring to the voice that says stuff like "The raging Ren is on a Kylo streak" in HvV.

My game volume is fine, I can hear everything normally except for the Battle coordinator/Commentator, which I can't hear.

There is a video attached: in it the commentator in HvV is supposed to say something. You will notice that nothing is being said.

PS: I play on a Windows 64-bit operating system running Windows 11 Home and I run the game using Steam
