Can't play game because old account is linked
So I just this game and I can't play online because my old account Candido0411 is linked but I can't access it because I guess it's been disabled since I haven't used it in so long. Tried to link this account to my Xbox account but it won't let me because that old account (which I can't access because EA doesn't even recognize it) is linked and only one EA account can be linked in its lifetime. Is their way to bypass this? I super frustrated with this. I just want to play some starwars online lol
As you are having an account issue, you will need to contact EA support directly, as no one in this user forum can address account issues.
