When I launch the game it enters an infinite loading screen. Launching from Steam doesn't work and comes up unidentified asking me for an activation code. In my Origin library it says I only own the Epic Games version. Any way I can fix this?

Same here. When I launch the game via Steam I get the unindentified game activation problem. And my Origin library also says I own the Epic version. I am able to launch my Steam installation both via Origin and Epic launcher though (without the need for Steam launcher).
I wonder, is it even possible to own the same game bought on different platforms on the same Origin account? Or am I just lost in all the platforms, launchers I own? 🙂EDIT: Now I can see both versions in my origin library via origin.com website.- 5 years ago
And for the reference, the topic is also here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Can-t-run-the-game-anymore-from-Steam-after-linking-Epic-with/m-p/9958532/highlight/true#M37605. They are looking into it.EDIT: The threads are merged now. - 5 years ago
I had a similar problem that happened with Titatfall 2. I bought it when it was released on Steam not knowing it was still being launched through Origin. So when refunded the game, Origin still thought I only owned it on Steam. I ended up setting up a call on a Monday and the person I talked to was able to help by reinstating my previous license. I suspect something similar is taking place, especially now knowing that the webform shows both versions it's just a problem with the Origin client as that one is clearly not capable of handling multiple licenses.
Sorry if I'm being redundant.

Same here. I can only open the game through Epic, but when I open it up, all of the skins are gone. I also use sometimes some mods for character appearance, but it also is broke since I added it on Epic Games.
how can I delete it from Epic and Get it back on steam again?
