@EA_Atic My BF2 account can no longer unlock anything. It does not matter how many milestones I complete, and I have a long list of them. Nothing unlocks. I have a continuous popup error code every time I open the game, finish a match, or go to the home screen. I also see a long scrolling list of earned rewards on the right hand side of the main screen listing all the items I can’t claim. This list is there every time as well and is only getting longer. I'm not getting emotes, weapons, or enhancements. The only thing which does still work is skill points. Haven't seen a crate in months.The pop up error message says "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495"

Im having the same issue. I completed the campain a few days ago and as a resault I have earned a few rewards some were credits and 3 were crates. Now every time I go to the main menu I get the cannot recieve rewards error. @EA_Atic

Hey all, I've been playing battlefront 2 through the month, unlocking most of Decembers rewards. I ran into a a speed bump with unlocking the luke and leia skins. Since 12/20/19 I keep getting an error code 2,495 stating that "Sorry we couldn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items". I did reach out via chat and was advised they weren't aware of the issue, but working on fixing as they're now finding out others are experiencing the same thing. I completed the Leia challenge today, but still shows locked with that message. I'm also getting spam messages on my home menu screen with awards I've unlocked after every game. Is anyone else experiencing this too? Anyway hope this gets fixed soon. I'm wanting to enter the battlefield with my new skins.

Hey @BrianAmira we are looking into to this, and just for clarification you get this error on all rewards (emotes, voice lines, skins, level up units, victory stance)?

Im getting this error, but all my stuff seems to be unlocking. I got all my event stuff, I got all my rewards. This notification just pops up when I got through my Collection tab like 3 times in a row, then anytime I select something in there and its rather annoying. I just want the thing to stop popping up in my face

@EA_Atic Absolutely nothing has changed for me. I still have this issue as described in full in my original post, as well as how others have described it since.
