Stamina is not represented as a circle in the game. True, it has been - but they've changed it to a bar above the health indicator.
But even if stamina was still a circle, I don't see how this would be confusing: Duelist simply changes your crosshair to a different, yet still small reticle to show that the stance is still active. Stamina has never been represented as this small, "holographic sight" style reticle, it was big and intrusive, consisting of many little bars (a lot of players even complained about it, hence its eventual change) - I don't see any problems here.
Also, giving Dooku unlimited stamina in Duelist would be quite OP. Those strikes are highly efficient already, and completely devastating when you manage to stunlock your opponent. I've never had the problem of running out of stamina with him anyway.
After an update heroes such as Rey , Darth Vader when they activate the middle ability which gives them unlimited stamina a small yellow circle appears in the middle of the screen around the white dot.I have added a video in my report and the circle appears at 0:53 because that player activated duelist but it will not give him unlimited stamina.

I understand what you mean - but I've always assumed that the indicator you mentioned is just a "status effect" reticle, not an "unlimited stamina" reticle. An added element to help players with tracking the ability without actively looking down to the right-hand corner in the middle of a fight.
Keeping track of these sustained abilities can be harder for players based on other visual elements, I'd guess that's why the reticle is different.
Rey has the most visual clues with color distortion and a circle indicating the ability's reach, so that one's pretty easy to track even without the crosshair change.
However, Vader only has this little darkening effect in the corners of the screen - and his HP boost of course, but that is also problematic: again you have to focus on a different part of your screen, and you can also simply lose that bonus health due to incoming damage while your ability is in fact still active.
Now, when it comes to Dooku, it's zero visuals: no distortion, no darkening, and no change in his stance; you can only rely on the little reticle.
So, as I said, my assumption is that the little circle simply means "your character's sustained ability is active" - it is purely coincidental that both Rey's and Vader's ability also contain uncapped stamina for them.
