Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Darth Vader’s choke ability on a Hero character and attempt to “drag” them in any direction.
What happens when the bug occurs? The animation begins to lightly stutter and lag; reducing the “drag” affect.
What do you expect to see? Smooth drag animation

Whenever you use Vader’s choke ability against heros (especially multiple heros at once) and attempts to drag or move the opponents in any direction the ability animation lags and stutters the opponents in mid air. This is a major bug because it completely prevents Vader from dragging or manipulating his opponents with the ability which is one of its advertised benefits. 

even with the star card that extends Vader’s choke ability the bug is present and prevents opponents from being dragged or moved with the ability.
