Deleted game progress
Played them a lot on PC and now I've switched to Xbox. According to the information and instructions, I made my Xbox account to the same email as my account here and had the accounts linked. I have purchased the game on both PC and Xbox. So I paid for it twice.
According to the information in the instructions, the progress in the game is saved on EA servers, not the platforms, since this is an online game, my progress and purchased content should be available on both devices. Yet it shows me on Xbox as if I were a newbie without any content either purchased or uploaded.
I wanted to see if it had disappeared on my computer as well, but since the game cannot be started via Nvidia Now for a long time, I have no way to verify it.
Can anyone advise me on what else I can do to get my content to sync, or is there an obstacle even if it's an online game on the platform? Thank you.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 doesn't support cross progression. As such, if you're moving to a new platform, you'll have to start from a fresh account. I'm afraid there's no way to move your progress over.
