Fix the servers Hi I've been playing battlefront 2 for about a month straight now and ever since the Skywalker update came out I've been getting disconnected every time I start up the game I can't even get 5 minutes before it says I've been disconnected with the error code 672 I've done all the steps from the help including opening ports for it but with no luck is anybody having this problem if so do you know how to fix it? its obviously not an issue with OUR internet, its a problem with YOUR servers, why do these answers never end up helping, such a shame...

Hi there, @TearLadd I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have the same issue, restarted everything, still doesn’t work I get the exact same error codes. It won’t let me play online at all. Had the same issue a like 2 days ago, I was able to play online, but I was lagging and glitching and ever since that I haven’t been able to connect to another game. On Xbox 1

Can confirm that didn't do anything. I use to be able to play games for hours and not disconnect once but now i can even be in a game for more than a minute before i get disconnected

Yeah I'm playing on wired now. Before I would run it on wireless and it worked fine. Then It started booting me from the servers every now and then so I switched to wired and then it just started doing it more frequent so I took out the wired connection and went back to wireless and nothing changed. Just don't understand why I can play other games fine but not games that run EA servers

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
