I can totally understand that dealing with cheaters and hackers certainly isn't fun. However, here in the forums, we can't deal with any reports or ban requests.
Instead, I would ask you to report him directly. You can find more information in this article:

@EA_VendceraIf only the report function actually worked, if only you guys actually cared. Instead EA have gone ahead and banned known good players that aren't cheating, but the actual cheaters they don't care about. Some of the same cheaters with the same names since launch are still roaming free. If you had read the chat like a smart person, you would have noticed that the op said that this person was not visible on the scoreboard. Therefore he is not reportable. Not that it matters because reporting doesn't work anyway.
These cheaters that aren't visible on the scoreboard are often the ones to use the thanos snap cheat in which the whole enemy team just dies on loop.
Some of these cheats are so obvious that if the game actually had an anti cheat they would be banned, but we are all lied to, BF2 has no anti cheat, EA ignores reports.
