My progression is halted. If this doesn't get fixed, I will stop playing the game entirely. Please add to this thread if you experience this duplicate glitch. EA needs to know how unacceptable this is.

I am 10k in the hole at least. I don't exactly know when this glitch started happening to me. For some reason, this bug doesn't effect everyone. Once it gets a hold of you though, it doesn't let go.- SO SO SO dissapointed this bug hasnt been fixed. Im OWED INXS of 70.000 credits. Im gutted to say the least!! Thinking of bailing out now!!!
Which is a huge shame as i love the game...but rules are rules!!! Im supposed to get credits for duplicates and i havnt recieved nothing since day dot...its a mickey take!!! DISAPOINTED!!!

I wrote EA_David over one week ago about the issue, I asked him to make an official announcement to make people aware of the issue so they dont lose their credits and wanted to know if all of our not rewarded credits are lost now or will be repaid later - still no answer. He has read it two days after I wrote him. They are not even responding to this thread anymore.

Happened again today - when I open the daily crate. Got a Luke Skywalker duplicate - no credits added though.
Shame - I'm now it two mind as to spend the credit I'm sitting on (for the crafting parts) or just sit and wait.
Or maybe it's time to play something else until this is fixed.

Thank you for the posts, I don't have any new updates, but we haven't forgotten about this.
I understand that this is frustrating, and hopefully we'll have more substantial information soon.
