I honestly don’t think we’ll see the fix tonight. I think we would have heard from one of the EA members. It’s only happening to so few, maybe that’s why they can’t identify the issue. Or......they just don’t care. I think we’ll see the fix when they redo the crate/progression system. I don’t believe that’s in tonight’s update. I could be wrong, and hope so. Back up to 80k in credits, plus the 48k I lost in one session by doing what the EA rep told me to do. (Document them and we’ll refund you the dups from one session).
I think the fact that the error went from bad to worse needs to be factored in. They somehow knew what to tweak in order to create the new problem with duplicates as it wasn't always there. It only happened after they tried to fix something. I am just so frustrated about this issue, I understand they have bigger fish... but for god sakes, lets work on the people here in this thread as our voice matters too.
The patch is now deployed, and they have a section called miscellaneous bug fixing. Let's hope it's actually fixed, though I doubt it.
Just logged in, opened the daily + one hero crate, bug still persists. * my life.
Also got no missing credits back.

Just downloaded the pach and guess what?..... No FIX!!!!!! I can't believe this!................ Wouldn't a progression breaking bug like this matter!?!?!?!? I got my daily crate and bought one just to make sure.... NO CHANGE.... I went in and out of a game to make sure. This is getting ridiculous...... Screw the hard core fans right? who cares we have their money. Oh and Error 2495 is still there so the didnt fix that... and I still get random reward unlocks I already have still..... WHICH BUGS DID YOU FIX ? I would love to know.
