How to report Cheater's and issues in Game (Battlefornt II)

Hello!
As a lot of people, I got too into a lot of lobby's with hacker's. It's a well known issue that EA isn't doing a thing with them and in game there is no reall tool to report this problem. Since we don't have cheater's nick's, I suggest reporting this problem in 6 steps (like in the photos). Perhaps if EA will get enough reports, they will do something : )

Step 1. Go to:
https://help.ea.com/pl/ or https://help.ea.com/eng/

(Depend on your country)

and click on: help by the games (idk, if translation is good),

Step 2. next choose Battlefront II.

Step 3. Go to the lowest part of the site and choose "Contact with us"

Step 4. Choose a good category (IF YOU DON'T CHOOSE RIGHT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO SEND TICKET TO A REAL LIFE PERSON), for me it was something like "Report bug in game or app".

Step 5. (Optional) I think it would be good to add a example of an issue if it is possible.

Step 6. Choose "Chat with us"

You should get a normal answer in like 48H on e-mail.

On your mail, can be send an automatic message from EA. It can say something like:
"Make a post on Kategoria: EA Forums Polski | EA Forums that way we are fixing faster/more efficient issues"
If you get an answer like that and nothing more after 48h, just send your answer for that on a mail from which they have send you the message (for me it was [edit: email address removed] )

  • EA give us a site too  for reporting cheaters:
    https://help.ea.com/pl/help-tools/report-a-player/

Again - we need to give EA nick of an cheater, which we don't usually have...

Perhaps some EA Community Manager will answer us how to report incidents like this, since we don't have any ID of an room/match where was a hacker.

  • We actually do have the names of the bot accounts that are running the cheat/script. Sometimes you might see a bot continue to board a transport, breaking the timer (like here: https://i.imgur.com/COvLyKn.jpg). Take a screenshot at that point to record the exact nickname. Reporting without a name won't be very effective.
Yeah, you can use two reporting methods:
    EA forums: https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/report-a-player/
EA app (which is somewhat faster/easier): https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/report-players/

  • Reporting without a name isn't very effective. On Supremacy, you can sometimes, for a few seconds, see a specific bot in action, using a boarding script that breaks the timer. I can't give a visual example, it's not allowed to show ingame screenshots here. When you see a cheater "boarding" a trasnport, increasing the timer, take a screenshot and report the specific name.

finbar_778 Reporting with app/app overlay isn't very effecitve since for a group of a player's can't use an overlay in game (its bugging the game or the app is glitching during the game).

I agree with you that reporting without a cheater nick can be less effective. Unfourtanely, in 90% of times we don't have a name of the cheater, so option of reporting cheating only with name of a cheater is useless in nearly every case and this post is about that. EA should update it's security protocols and give us more tools of reporting this kind of problems. We have no number/id of a match we are playing to give them for checking the issue. Because of that, we should report the problem however we can.
