Unable to claim rewards- Not receiving crates (Xbox)

So, I recently had my accounts cleaned up as I had an old Xbox account improperly linked to my EA account. Once I properly linked my gamertag, I ended up losing all of my progress. Once I came to terms with that, I decided to replay the game and unlock everything again. Now, I am currently unable to receive any more rewards as they stopped unlocking, and specifically, when I complete a milestone reward it says that it's completed under career, but I never receive the reward. My crates are empty, I don't get crates, and none of the rewards are unlocked anywhere in the menus! Please help me! My Xbox gamertag is "Dansq" I have tried everything that I read online, including a hard reset of my console, and reinstalling the game entirely. I am very good with technology and I can usually figure out things like this on my own.
