Duplicates Still DONT give back CREDITS!!!

Just logged in, opened the daily + one hero crate, bug still persists. * my life.

Also got no missing credits back.

Same, downloaded patch (checked out the you Hero tie).

Played a couple of games of arcade.

Open a daily crate - got a duplicate (some for Rey, grey card) and guess what! NO CREDITS!

Come on EA!

This game is basically broken, I can no longer progress, and I'm not the only one.

This thread is over a month old with 17 (!) pages and around 161 (!!) replies.

What's going on? and when is this (if it ever is) gonna be fixed?

Same here.........................have this bug for a month now and missed a lot of credits :-(

I've play the game without open any crate (except daily) about 80-100 hours of gameplay. Approximately 200k credits is waiting and I want to update my starcards. That is enough to wait until update. I guess EA don't concern about starcards or crates until they don't making money from it. Unfortunately it is part of game. 

Please close all crate system until bug solved (inc. daily) or solve the problem. It is unfiar to players that have this problem. It is now a problem not a bug.

Hi, as you've noted today's patch didn't address this issue, but this fix is still in the works. 

I'm trying to get an official statement about backfilling missed duplicate credits, but I'll update this when I get any info.

Just downloaded the pach and guess what?..... No FIX!!!!!! I can't believe this!................ Wouldn't a progression breaking bug like this matter!?!?!?!? I got my daily crate and bought one just to make sure.... NO CHANGE.... I went in and out of a game to make sure. This is getting ridiculous...... Screw the hard core fans right? who cares we have their money. Oh and Error 2495 is still there so the didnt fix that... and I still get random reward unlocks I already have still..... WHICH BUGS DID YOU FIX ? I would love to know.

I posted the last message before I saw that message @EA_David. Thanks for at least addressing us.

I hadn't received any duplicate credits from crates for two weeks. Today with the patch I receive 200 credits from duplicate common card in my daily crate. I'm on Playstation platform so whatever you did maybe this information will help you that the problem still occurs for some of us.

@Deadloth Thank you, that's quite interesting. It looks like the fix for this wasn't able to make it to this patch. 

Were you able to open any regular crates? If so did you get the credits from those duplicates?

@EA_David Here comes the interesting part, I tried what you suggest on 4000 credit cost crate. In create opening screen I see that I received another 200 credits on my currency values. As soon as I open home screen it was 200 credits reduced so I have no idea what is going on. On the other hand I'm pretty sure I received the 200 from daily crate. I'll let you know if I can farm more to open any other crates today.

@Deadloth Thank you for checking that, and thank you for the info about the fake temporary credits. I've been able to go through your logs since your first post, and it looks like you didn't get the 200 credit increase with your daily crate today.

@EA_David Even from the daily? I was hyped for nothing after I saw my credits are increased during opening screen then I didn't pay any attention on home screen. On the other hand as I told you, before the patch my currency had not changed at all for two weeks on any process related to duplicates. It's my mistake then but I hope it's still a thing.

Playing on PC - Location germany / maybe because Ive switched the client language once? But it was long before the bug occured the first time.

Also bought the Deluxe Edition

The bug started long time after I became Level 50, dont see a connection there

Also finished most milestones,except rocket based Starfighters ones and those for Finn and Phasma

@bahart_03I think the bug started for me when I opened a Starfighter Crate for the first time, since the beta - do you remember what your last crate was? Or what Starcards youve upgraded before? I think I was working on upgrading my Interceptor Class to purple, were you maybe upgrading starfighter cards at this point too?

Okay, this is just a wild guess, but it makes some sense in my mind:

Maybe our common ground is the Deluxe Edition? With the Deluxe Edition we were granted cards to our account that were "simply given".

Could this bug be triggered when we have received a lower version of a Starcard which we "already have upgraded" - like the purple card for the TIE Silencer or Reys Falcon?

That at this moment something runs strange in the code? I mean we have purple cards we have neither bought nor upgraded by ourselves and the moment the game wants to payback the duplicates for its lower version, maybe there is something like a "empty spot" since we never had any lower version and this is what breaks the system?

@DukeLasermaster I can confirm mine is also Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition.

My stats are 

Fighter - 22

Interceptor - 25

Bomber - 23

Ingame those levels do raise drastically to an impossible amount. My biggest difference is with Vader, hes just 17 but in game 41.

I know a lot of people bought the deluxe edition, but as the bug seems to effect mostly highly active players - maybe its a combination? 
Something that is different with our accounts due to the deluxe edition + our high activity level, so we are more likely to trigger the bug.
