Duplicates Still DONT give back CREDITS!!!

Got my celebration crate today and credits did not show up after the crate was opened (on the crate opening screen).  Upon returning to the main screen, the credits were there.  Opened the victory crate and two of the cards were duplicates.  The credits for the duplicates showed up on the crate opening screen but disappeared when I returned to the main screen.  @EA_David, hopefully this is another piece of the puzzle to help get this fixed.

@grimmace2 Yep I can verify and now concur, it happened to me this morning. I did something totally new.

I un-installed and deleted Star Wars Battlefront II Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition on by Xbox One. I then joined the EA Access club for a one month trial. And then downloaded and installed the EA Trial Version of Star Wars Battlefront II. Under my profile still of PhotographerGuy, I opened the three crates such as the Daily Crate, and observed a "duplicate" credit was made, then taken away at the main screen.

I believe that the screenshots tell the story but needless to say, I could not upload them, nor access them on my Xbox Live Account using any browser this morning whatsoever. That to me is beyond odd! It shows a screen shot from 02/2016 and a few this morning, but the "Get More" button, just repeats the same 5 screen shots, nothing more.

So I am on the Xbox App, on my iPhone and the app literally crashes when attempting to save a photo. So WTF! So I try to add to my dropbox account, which are saved, okay. But I cannot upload due to "This file is too large. The maximum file size is 3072K; this file is 3130K."

So then I am taking a screenshot of a screenshot, ha.. : photographs I took speak for themselves

I will also add that in since this problem occured 60 days ago, NO ONE FROM EA OR DICE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME ON THIS SITE, @EA_David,  @EA_Atic
