Since the most recent update, guess what: The problem is still not fixed! Horrible!

- Anyone else find it ironic that we are on EA Answers HQ but we are not getting any answers.....other than “we are working/looking into it. @EA_David I just want to know will we get our missing credits back? If so, I’ll will start opening crates again to progress my starcards with crafting parts. That is the main goal of the game, correct? How about for now just give us some crafting parts, I’m sure we’ll all be glad to provide you with our ID and platform. We need something here for our frustrations!! Some goodwill would go a long way. Mine is Petey_03 PS4. I’ve been here since page 2 of this post.
I am having the same issues with duplicates not giving credits. Chat support told me to come create a new post on the forum for assistance.
