Duplicates Still DONT give back CREDITS!!!

In a non-related issue, my crystal pack post seems to not make it to the main board? or invisible to the entire topic.. after submitting twice.

I would be very happy if you could explain how you got the issue fixed!  Curious if it has anything to do with the "quick equip" option with the star cards.  I didn't start to notice the dup credits issue until I "Quick equipped" a card.  And by that I mean I never noticed it before I quick equipped but I did notice at some point after.  I have tried several variations of doing it again to see if I could fix it myself but no luck.  Waiting with baited breath!

@mysweetescape13   Oh GOD I hope whatever it is it is something we can all do. I would be fine in waiting for the credits I am owed which has to be in the 50-75K range by now. I have roughly 75K that I have been sitting on waiting for this issue to be resolved. I still hope that they still fix it because once the other people who purchased the Elite Tropper Edition hit Level 50, they will have another huge group of unhappy SWB2 peeps losing their minds!

Ugh, I am still just sick to my stomach about all of this.

Counting eight (8) threads on the FIRST PAGE of this board about this topic at the time of writing!  EA fix this issue!

For additional puzzle pieces, daily crate today had a duplicate, showed the credits in the crate screen but disappeared at the main screen.  This aspect has been changing daily.  Only thing not changing is not getting credits for my duplicates!

Okay Ladies and Gentlemen,

Here is a solution, not likable by any means. It is actually a terrible solution! It is because of EA and its ridiculous lack of urgency, and lack of any respect to those having issues. They have only cared about the bottom line, "SHAREHOLDERS". But it does actually work, just resorting to this level is absurd due to the fragrant disregard of EA and its incompetence.

Anyways, here is my fix, and it WORKS, for Xbox Users only! I thought this was a profile issue, but it isn't. At least I felt this was very doubtful. But this fix negates having any progress with Star Wars Battlefront II thus no duplicates

Step One Create a New eMail address from whatever provider you wish, or domain if preferable. 
Step Two Create a New Microsoft Live Account from url Microsoft
Step Three after creating a new Microsoft Live Account, sign into your Xbox with the new email address and password created.
Step Four Link this new Microsoft Live Account with EA, register url Electronic Arts
Step Five Now Insert your game disk. If digital, well I have not tried that but it should still work. If needed sign into your Xbox with your primary profile.
Step Six Execute Star Wars Battlefront II, Sign into the Star Wars Battlefront II EA Prompt, accepting terms. If this works you should be able to start playing immediately.
Step Seven Play and Unpack crates earned. And hopefully your results are the same as mine. Again this isn't the best ideal solution. EA cannot reset your game profile, Microsoft cannot alter your Microsoft Live account profile.

But the worst part of it is starting over from scratch.

@mysweetescape13  Thank you for sharing your solution. I do appreciate you working so hard to do this and letting us know. I am not sure I can walk away from my level 50 account with so many cards attached to heroes, villains, vehicles, etc. I know I wouldn't be as pissed off having the issue each day, and I may just do this as a temporary solution until EA actually fixes this issue. I was playing today when I spoke to someone within my party who said they had this issue. Its the first time anyone in my immediate circle of contacts has said they have it too. There's only started this week, so I wonder if there is something attached to the leveling up of the account? Either way, people far smarter than me will probably fix this.

I had a question for everyone about today when they first logged in. I had a random Trooper Crate just sitting in there. I wondered if maybe it was something to do with me being so reluctant to open one in my video, but that would be crazy if someone was able to just throw one in along with my daily. Did anyone else have that? I guess it could be something to do with the last Jedi thing. I picked the Resistance and the First Order won, so maybe it was an "attaBoy" prize.

I am on PS4 but no way I am starting over, I have put hundreds of hours in and am sitting on 130k credits....... I just hit 50 and platinumed the game. There is really no point in me playing anymore because I cant progress any cards. I guess I wait for Tuesday.

Isn't that trooper crate from your daily challenge? We just had a daily challenge that requires playing three Galactic Assault matches. The reward was a trooper crate.
