[Epic] EC:10011 & No Access error when installing Battlefront II

Platform: PC (Epic Games)
Game: STAR WARS Battlefront II: Celebration Edition
Issue: Persistent EC:10011 and "You don't have access" errors when trying to install the game purchased on Epic.

Description:
I purchased the game on Epic. However, when I click "Install" on Epic, I cannot complete the account linking process. If the EA App is closed, clicking install triggers Error EC:10011 (Account error when switching accounts). If the EA App is already open, it falsely claims the game was downloaded by another user ("You don't have access").

Troubleshooting already done: Confirmed my Epic account is NOT linked to any other EA account (Screenshot D and F). Confirmed my EA account is NOT linked to any other Epic account. Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App, cleared App Recovery cache, killed EA Background Service, and used a VPN. None worked. Noticed a corrupted webcache_4430 file regenerating in Epic's folder every time I click install.

Request:
EA Support advised me to post here. It appears there is a "ghost link" or corrupted authorization on EA's backend preventing my Epic from linking. Could a community manager please investigate and manually reset the authorization on your backend?

Attached: Screenshots of the errors (A and E), my proof of purchase (B and C), and my EA connected accounts page showing no Epic link (D and F). Thank you!
