Error 1,756: Inventory can't be accessed (PS4)

I can play the game fine, but progress isn't tracked and it seems like it isn't syncing with up to date progress (i.e, Take out the leader milestone should be 21/ 25, not 20/25. I've been getting this error the past few minutes. I've never gotten it and it doesn't seem to be common error at all, especially on PS4. I've restarted the game numerous times and have restarted the console a couple of times to no avail :(.
