Error 2495

Hello,

I recently finished the Campaign, and as a reward, i should've gotten the " COWARDS EMOTE CRATE", but I did not. Furthermore i keep getting a notice when ever the game loaded up saying "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error Code: 2,495".

I bought the Kylo ren emote cowards before finishing the campaign. I care more about the obnoxious message each time i finish a game or log on, etc.

I have: restarted the game, played a game, received other loot, uninstalled and then reinstalled the game, and used the repair function on the PC Origin Client. 

At the beginning I also received an orange notice, the one you get each time you unlock something new in game (on the right side of the menu screen), which stated that i have unlocked a reward, but i believe ever since i have unlocked other things, it doesn't show anymore. BUT the error code: 2,495 message does still appear constantly, and in my missions tab (career/campaign, mission XII: discoveries) there is still a orange triangle at the top right, as if i completed it just now.

If there is anymore information needed I am willing to add it if needed.

P.S. I have contacted EA via live chat just now and they kindly asked me to post my problem here and told me that someone will have a look at it, as well as being internally transmitted.
