Same issue on PS4 upon completing "A Tremendous Service" Challenge. I already had the "Choker" Emote purchased before completing the Milestone. Because the Milestone Reward cannot be processed, I also have not received the 500 Crystals.
UPDATE 1/24/2020: Logged on tonight to find an unopened Crate waiting for me. Inside was a Choker emote that redeemed for 1,000 Credits (since I already had it unlocked). I also received the 500 Crystals for completing "A Tremendous Service" Challenge. Error message 2495 no longer appears.

Summarize your bug I finished the milestone “a tremendous service” for the choker emote and 500 crystals, but I didn’t get my rewards... just an error message that says: “Sorry, we couldn’t grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495” I’ve already restarted the game AND my Xbox, so I don’t know what to do now.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the milestone I guess???
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message: “Sorry, we couldn’t grant you your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code: 2,495”
What do you expect to see? I expect to be rewarded my 500 crystals that I spent days working toward.
