Nearly every game I join, within the first 5 mins, I am forced into first person view and then kicked from the game and given error code 201. I am on xbox, upnp enabled, nat type open. I have tried restarting xbox and router multiple times. This has been going on for the last two days.

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I can never get into a game it always gives me error code 201 but my internet is perfectly fine and I can play madden 20 and nhl 20 fine.
