Are you guys trying to play the Beta that has now ended?

- Anonymous8 years agoIm trying play deluxe version, im also delete all files from beta. Im on ps4. Still error code 721
- Anonymous8 years agoNo, it’s a fresh download from after the PC beta ended and I uninstalled everything involved from that weekend.
- I found out that it was an internet application what came installed with my computer what I turned off and has worked

Today is the 15th two days before the release date 11-17-17, and I still can’t access the game

I've found the answer. You should check your IP version. I've changed it from IPv6 to IPv4, and now everything is OK 🙂

Potential fixes/workarounds for error 721:
- Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Temporarily disable antivirus or add the game executable to the whitelist of your antivirus
- Disable IPv6 on your router (support from your internet provider if required)
- Open the ports detailed here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-battlefront-ii/troubleshoot-star-wars-battlefront-ii/
