Error code 721

I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

Im trying play deluxe version, im also delete all files from beta. Im on ps4. Still error code 721

No, it’s a fresh download from after the PC beta ended and I uninstalled everything involved from that weekend.

I found out that it was an internet application what came installed with my computer what I turned off and has worked

I'm having this problem and just doing a blanket "end task" on programs running in the background.

I was told that once you pre ordered the game we would have access two days before release date. Today is the 15th two days before the release date 11-17-17, and I still can’t access the game

I've found the answer. You should check your IP version. I've changed it from IPv6 to IPv4, and now everything is OK 🙂

Potential fixes/workarounds for error 721:

Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Temporarily disable antivirus or add the game executable to the whitelist of your antivirus

Disable IPv6 on your router (support from your internet provider if required)
