Error Code 918?

Hi, I've just bought Battlefront 2 on my PC for the first time from Epic Games - however, I've been unable to access online due to this 918 error. I've searched up about it and there seems to be no fix. I'm not using a VPN, I've reset the game, EA launcher, wifi. According to the EA website my account isn't suspended or restricted and I haven't played any EA games for months. My EA account age is 18+

I've contacted EA but thought may as well post somewhere else for help too. Looking to play asappp
