In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing Galactic assault, during the game, sometimes this bug appears.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play or quit the game. Just gets stuck on character selection and deploy screen
What do you expect to see? We need a patch that fixes this issue. I heard it's common. So it's not only from my end
