Game is "Not currently playable"

Hi there, 
I have a pc game pass subscription giving me access to the ea play membership. I want to get battlefront 2 which is included with ea play. I have managed to install it locally through my dad's profile. It should be in my library on either the xbox or ea app but isn't. When I search for it in the ea app, I can see it but it says it's "Not currently playable".
I found it in my Alienware Command Centre library and tried to launch it from there but a popup from the ea app came up and said "This game is unavailable. You're not eligible to play this game."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
