game not starting

i downloaded star wars battlefront 2 with game pass i downloaded it from ea app but when i try to open the game it redirects me to epic games launcher and nothing happens

Hey there, if the game is redirecting you to the Epic Games launcher, you probably had the game installed through Epic Games before. Have you tried checking if your EA and Epic Games are linked? If they are, can you please try to launch the game directly from the Epic Games launcher?
