Game worked in 2021. Now on 2025 with a new pc it wont work.

So I bought the game on steam on 2021. I didnt like it back then. In 2025 I have heard it has gained popularity and I want to give it another try. I have a new pc with 5060ti 16gb and I have updated my drivers. All my drivers are up to date and all other games work. However Star Wars Battlefront II menu is glitching like hell. I can't even select a gamemode, since the game menu is glitching like grazy. I play on 1440p monitor with 360hz and oled. I dont know what is the issue. I dont know if the gameplay would be like that too. When I try to hit buttons on the menu which have glitched nothing happens. I have played only about 110 minutes. If this wont work can I get a refund in 2025 if this game wont even let me past the menus.
