gamebreaking keyboard delay bug

What happens when the bug occurs? whenever i start playing any gamemode (including offline arcade and campaign) i get a 2-3 second delay on all movement and abilities that use my keyboard, if they activate at all. most of the time they dont. all mouse functions work properly. no other symptoms of lag (such as teleporting, stuttering etc) and my games framerate is a stable 60 at ultra (though i play on high for more fps). it does get a bit better as i play but still at least a half second delay on movement at all times, though it works, and abilities still have no garentee they activate at all. a few other details that might give you some clue whats happening: 1. gefore experience cannot access setting no matter what i do. always says "unable to retrieve settings, open game or change in game settiongs to fix". though neither of those help, nor does reisntalling geforce or updating drivers. 2. after trying to play the game my keyboard has the same 2-3 second delay on all my other programs. my pc itself is running fine, and my mouse functions/navigating all work normal. does not get better in time and if i restart my pc it goes back to normal. if i play battlefront 2 again it gets the same delay. just baught battlefront 2 and i want to play it, this bug, whatever it is, is making it unplayable and it makes me angry and sad.
