Hacking Reported...

I reported the hacking to EA via help.ea.com but less than a day after I submitted it, the status of the case is "No Fix Available". What a joke. Hopefully it is an automated response... Not sure where else or who else we can contact to try and resolve this.

    My ticket also says no fix available, but I also got a mail that they are investigating it 8 hour later after submitting. Did you also receive that mail?

    yea i got an email saying they were investigating and then after the case was updated with "No Fix Available"

    I have had contact about this situation and was asking about my tickets of online hacked servers (I have had 4 times already contact with them lol) and this is what they said about it: 

    Me: But if this is under investigation, why does my ticket status went to no fix available?

    EA: Because it is not fixed yet so it is under investigation and apologies as this will be only closed after it get fixed

    EA: As if we leave it on waiting your case will be not shared with teh team due to which we have to save it no fixed by sharing it to the team

    EA: Apologies but this is something very internal so we can only share this that it is under investigation due to which our team are still on it

    EA: Let me know is there anything else I may assist you with today?

    Me: Okay I understand, but I see my ticket under the name "closed ticket" with "no fix available" so to me it reads like my ticket has been throw away and I will get no more following up

    EA: It is not closed friend it is open as I do totally understand that you are tensed related to the issue that you are facing but this are option that we used on the case which you willnot understand the tool that we work on so I hope you understand the case that I am trying to share it to you

    Me: Okay, thank you. 1 more question though, you can confirm to me that EA is aware of the situation, right? Will the community also know in the near future that EA is working on a fix?

    EA: If we leave the case on waiting then your case will be open and then we will not be able to shared or investigate on this with the team due to which we have to save it no fixed by sharing it to the team

    EA: Yes the community will also check on this and inform
