Hacking Reported...

I reported the hacking to EA via help.ea.com but less than a day after I submitted it, the status of the case is "No Fix Available". What a joke. Hopefully it is an automated response... Not sure whe...

My ticket also says no fix available, but I also got a mail that they are investigating it 8 hour later after submitting. Did you also receive that mail?

yea i got an email saying they were investigating and then after the case was updated with "No Fix Available"
