Invalid License. Reason Code = Missing DLL: [mfplat.dll] Error 0x7E

Question

So I bought the game as a preorder and was excited to play it but it will just not work. I only get the popup saying that Origin is sorry and the Error message above. I tried downloading all kinds of stuff from Microsoft, I tried uninstalling it, reinstalling, and I still can't play it. I love Star Wars and I just wanna play the game. Anybody know of a fix for this? I have been on every cite of EA with other games with this problem but those solutions don't work.

Alright so I tried to download the driver and it says the Feature Pack for Windows (KB3133719) didn't install. Now what do I do?
