On Xbox, i went offline (via xbox settings) then reconnected and all my rewards could be claimed. Hope this helps
- I’m having the same problem with getting the reward. I’ve tried restarting the game, ps4 and disconnecting from the network and still can’t get the reward. Why is this still an issue if others have told ea about this at least a month ago?!
