Is the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition (UPGRADE) discontinued?

I'm desperate to get the Rey's pre-order skin but as titled I cant find anything to upgrade my current BF2 standard edition on Origin.  I searched throught the previous Q&A which suggested that players should be able to buy the upgrade later.  I know previously you could even buy codes from ebay but now they are all gone.  Only xbox or PS4 user could upgarde it now. 

EVERYTHING IS GONE for PC.  Can someone enlighten me is it really gone or have I missed something?  Is there any other way of getting this deluxe edition upgrade?

    Unfortunately, the Deluxe edition is not available in retail anymore and at the moment we do not plan to bring it back ☹️

    The only way to get it now is to find someone with sealed physical copy of the game, but it creates many opportunities for the cheaters, so please be on your guard whenever you see SWB2 Deluxe Edition on sale.

    Too sad it's no longer available.  I come to this game really late (just bought this game recently).  Is there any chance we could have Rey and Kylo's pre-order skin available for unlock in game in the future considering this game is already several years old?

    @Darth_Weak They probably won't because the pre-order people would be mad, but I'm in the same boat and wouldn't mind those skins

    You guys should bring it back  for the upcoming updates in the game this month. With new characters being added and more items people will be buying more copies of the game. This is EA chance to make a little more money by offering the elite trooper DLC again. Please consider that some players already have it on the xbox and ps4 and now have come over to the pc for higher graphics and overall better control. It was a regular offered DLC expansion at one point so why not just bring it back and offer it to players that are either coming back or new players that we are bringing in.
