You're going to need to contact EA support directly, as they need to resolve account issues.

not sure what you're experiencing. However, you should see "manage my account" here.

There used to be a chat option in there (likely still the case) - possibly the "contact us" at the bottom of that page. They redesigned the support page, so I'm not exactly sure.
