Lost all my progress

If anyone can help, I logged on May 2 and I had all my progress but I didn't play any matches, then when I logged on the next day I lost everything, it was still showing all the classes, heros, and villains current levels but in game they were all reset to level 1, the boost cards were locked and my overall level was reset and my milestones and everything that naturally unlocked were gone but the progress bars for the weapons at the bottom in the main for classes were showing they were full.
