Luke Star Cards ALWAYS Deselected

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:50AM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join a game of HvV and select Luke and you'll see all of this star cards are always deselected.
What happens when the bug occurs? Luke's cards deselected.
What do you expect to see? Luke's cards selected.

I had this, although instead of all three of his cards being deselected, only one of them was.

I've had this too (PC). When joining a HvV match, the cards of Luke did deselect. I will test if this is always the case.

Of course, EA is refusing to even acknowledge this ridiculous bug.

happens to me on PC about 10% of the time.
I have yet to figure out the pattern that gets me to this state.

It would be interesting to find out. The cards aren't deselected every time I go on.

Hi everyone!

This problem has already been reported to our specialists, but I'm going to bump the case since the problem still occurs after the latest update.

I'm sorry if it seemed that we haven't acknowledged it before.

It's still happening. Luckily I noticed it on the loading screen before a game of Hero Showdown.
