Rogue One, Clone Wars S7, and The Mandalorian
Some cool news recently. Jon Favreau was on Good Morning America or one of the morning shows anyway. He was talking about Book of Boba Fett:
- It is a new series separate from Mandalorian Season 3
- Temuera Morrison will continue as Boba Fett
- Ming-Na Wen will also star as Fennec Shand
- Robert Rodriguez will be executive producer
- Mandalorian Season 3 will begin filming after Book of Boba Fett is competed, so I'm guessing it might not arrive until early 2022. He didn't say when Mando Season 3 will air. Maybe the schedule is such they might air them both at the same time.
I also saw a headline that said Ming-Na Wen will voice Fennec Shand in the Bad Batch series.
Watched it for the sixth time and I'm still geeking out!!! lol A couple more things I noticed:
- Love the line from Cara Dune after she fixes here gun in the elevator..."I think that did it...excuse me." lol The tone in her voice was great.
- The Tie's launching was awesome. Much improved over what we saw in Rebels. The launch tube reminded me of Colonial Vipers launching in BSG.
- Speaking of BSG, both versions were famous for their made up cursing. Cara throwing out SW curse words reminded me of that lol.
- The all female assault team was excellently done and made perfect sense for the story. Yet another way Mandalorian upstages other content...this time the MCU's attempt at the same thing in Avengers Endgame.
- I noticed Gideon said "again" when referring to Bo Katan wielding the Darksaber. It was as if he was implying the fact she could get a pass having it handed to her the first time by Sabine Wren, but not again.
And yes...I watched it a 7th time while typing this post 🙂

I watched the season2 finale again today...I'm still geeking out!
