6 years agoSo it sounds like that Mandalorian is part of a cult that is run by the Death Watch from the latest episode. Interesting to see that they survived all this time. I wounder if they kept any of the teachings from Darth Maul.

@EA_Atic I feel like they have broken off of death watch more then are being run by it considering that Bo-Katan herself was/is? part of death watch.
It would be really cool to see a connection to maul and now that you mention it I hope they explain it in more detail (hopefully with some CW flashbacks)
But then again they don't seem to know much about the force so that is interesting.

@SwellingFoil266 Bo-Katan split from death watch when Maul took the throne. She made Nite Owls mainly women mandalorians but there are some males. From what I can remember is that she thought it was against its creed to have outsiders to rule Mandalore.
@Commander_Ney0 Indeed. The more I see Mandalorian and the reference to the great purge. The more I want to see the great purge to get to know what really happen there. We all know the outcome and some parts of the story thanks to Rebels and Sabin.
/Atic - 6 years ago@EA_Atic yeah Bo Katan and those that followed her rejected the idea an outsider could rule Mandalore. But again, she was ok using Maul and the crime syndicate as a means to an end. I don't see Din Djarin and his covert doing that.
