Hello TheSpeedwormz,
Unfortunately there is nothing much that can be done, the best course of action is to report any suspected hackers. Everything else will be handled by the EA ToS team.

I agree, it will probably not achieve anything to complain here... But It's not like there's a proper customer space dedicated to such issues (or if there's one, I haven't found it, please let me know). I konw there's an in-game procedure to flag cheaters, but with the hacking issues, it's hard - if not impossible - to tell what player/s is/are hacking the game.
I understand your point about legal obligations, but I think this is beyond the law, it's just customer feedback. I've bought a product and this product is not working how it is expected to. That creates disapointment and frustration. I don't think any decent company should ingore such feedback.
So, writing here feels like the closest place to the EA people. I'm hoping that they care enough about their players/clients and their reputation to at least read these forums and see repeated issues rise up.
I know, I'm a dreamer. Sending a message in a bottle will certainly help just the same, but at least I've tried.

Problem is that its perfectly legal for them to do this. Theres no law that requires companies to have adequate anti cheat on their games. Complaining on the forums probably won't do any good either but I totally get the principle. I also wish they'd do something because its near impossible to stream the game
