I went back to Windows build 1709, so I don't think that would help too much, would it? If it does, I can provide a dxdiag, of course.

Well are you still experiencing Frame Drops?
Currently I'm Running build 16299 W10 Home.
If you wouldn't mind upload a dxdiag, Do you have a Nvidia Card in your computer?

- 8 years agoAfter going back to the older version, I don't experience the frame drops. But as I stated before, I'd like to find a solution that doesn't involve me deactivating the Windows Update Service forever. And yes, I do have a Nvidia graphics card.
Dxdiag coming up...- 8 years agoSince the forum wanted to kill me for spamming, I've included the Dxdiag.txt in the original post above instead of copying it in here.
- 8 years agoWell if you went back to the old build and the problem is gone.
I would wait for the next patch from them before I updated again.
Nvidia messed my computer up with a Update that was causing my screens to black out. They knew it and was working 24/7 to fix it but that was 3 days ago.
But if it works now I would just wait for next patch.
I didn't notice anything on the Dxdiag.
Sorry I couldn't help you with a solution mate.- 8 years agoWell, you tried. What more can you do when Windows is involved. Thanks anyway. 😉
